The CLERMONT4 meeting will be combined with the Mid-term review meeting of the INDEX network. CLERMONT4 and INDEX will have a joint poster session on the 27th. See full schedule below.

Formally, all ERs, ESRs and at least one academic per partner has to participate in the meeting. The participation of associate partners is highly encouraged. Dinners will be formal.

Registration Cost per member with Accommodation: £ 330

Registration Cost per member without Accommodation: £ 125

Registration covers all food and accommodation (overnight stays) on the 27th and the 28th of August including all lunches and dinners indicated in the Clermont4 and INDEX schedule (27th-29th). To book supplementary nights’ accommodation, additional rooms, and non-member dinner tickets, you will have to do this separately through Jesus College website. Just click on this link: http://conference.jesus.cam.ac.uk/accommodation/prices-booking-availability. Click on ‘to make a booking with a promotional code’ and then enter the relevant dates when you need service not covered by the registration conference, and then the promotional code cleenex. You will then be able to pay for the rooms online. If you encounter problems, pls. e-mail: conference@jesus.cam.ac.uk .

 

Please CONTACT US if:

  1. You come BEFORE the 27th as accommodation before the 27th will have to be booked in advance. Additional charges will apply including overnight stays on the 29th and after. Room costs would be £51.40 plus VAT for a single room without breakfast and £76.80 plus VAT for a twin room with no breakfast.  Note, Jesus College is unable to provide breakfast on the morning of the 27th.
  2. You want double en suite, (in case you bring partners or family) or non-member partners. Cost will have to be arranged separately. Jesus College have twin rooms available rather than doubles and can accommodate children if they are booked into a twin room staying with an adult. It does not have family rooms available.
  3. You're bringing your car. Parking space needs to be booked in advance.
  4. Special assistance or needs are required.
  5. You have special dietary requirements or are vegetarian.
